§ Elite Deluxe Villas 

These are located in the forefront of Green Coast, thus enjoying the privilege of the closest proximity to the beach. These premium villas, consisting of two floors, provide the largest residential and parcel area of all Green Coast’s residences. Their contemporary architecture is simple with clean lines and large windows, which open up to a breathtaking view of the sea. These villas also include a barrier reef swimming pool. § Elite Villas 

Positioned in the 2nd line of Green Coast Resort and Residences, very close to the beach, fully enjoying the breathtaking view of the Ionian Sea. Their interiors and exteriors provide sufficiently large areas to create a practical, comfortable and entertaining family environment. Let your interior decorating skills “run” in these spacious Villas, as you can freely adjust them to the needs of your family and lifestyle. § Individual Villas 

Positioned in the first lines of Green Coast. These residence are near to the sea but have  sufficient distant from the beach, to create a more intimate retreat for those who appreciate more privacy. Although smaller in size than the Elite Villas, the surrounding area of land is adequate for constructing a children’s playground or a swimming pool. These villas also include parking spaces. construction area 140 – 177 m2, land area from 300 m2 to 550 m2.     Only units with an area of 140m2 (Small Individual) are available.

§ Twin Villas 

These are found at the heart of the Resort. From the bedroom windows, one can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrise over the mountain and of the sunset on the Ionian Sea. These types of villas are smaller and more affordable, very appropriate for young couples and small families and they make an excellent getaway for anyone who enjoys frequent breaks from the pressures of daily life.
